Coming soon Unboxarr ships after Boxarr’s first public cut. Boxarr waitlist

Unboxarr

Unboxarr

Installer and bootstrapper for the stack Boxarr then manages. Fill a spreadsheet, drop it in, Unboxarr reads it, setup happens. Lifecycle: Unbox → Configure → Run → Box up.

Excel in

  • Service, used or not, host, ports, paths
  • Credentials and API keys processed locally
  • Options, dependencies, install choices
  • Dropdowns and checkboxes. No VBA. No macros.

What it does

  • apply — create or update what the plan asks
  • recover — recreate missing ledger containers
  • remove / Box up — calm teardown of what we created
  • Panic — emergency teardown, typed confirm required

What it is not

  • Not Boxarr. No Daily pipeline. No Metarr mesh.
  • Not Usarr. No people, no key rotation.
  • Never deletes library media or an app you already had.
  • Must run if Boxarr is down, broken, or untrusted.

Then Boxarr takes over

Once the stack exists, Boxarr is the management layer: services, relations, configuration, updates, repair, and export. Export is the reverse path — Boxarr → export → clean service state → Box up.
